Pursuant to the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations and the Articles of Incorporation of Kasumigaseki Hotel REIT Investment Corporation, certain matters concerning Kasumigaseki Hotel REIT (amendments to the articles of incorporation, appointment and dismissal of executive directors and financial auditors, etc.) are resolved at the General Meeting of Unitholders.

Kasumigaseki Hotel REIT shall hold a General Meeting of Unitholders at least once every two years in principle.
