Kasumigaseki Hotel REIT is a REIT focused exclusively on hotels that focuses its investment in multi-occupancy hotels located in cities with strong prospects for tourism demand, with the aim of contributing to the realization of Japan as a tourism nation. By leveraging the development and operational capabilities of our sponsor group, Kasumigaseki Capital Group, we actively pursue investments in multi-occupancy hotels across Japan, a segment where there is still insufficient supply in the domestic hotel market.
